Our doctors deliver a multitude of services, but some of these are not funded by the NHS and therefore payment is required from either the patient or the insurance company. These services include:

  • medical examinations for insurance purposes
  • private sick notes
  • holiday cancellation form
  • medical reports
  • fitness to travel certificates
  • some vaccinations

The doctors charge BMA rates for any documents, e.g. BUPA forms, shotgun licences that you may wish them to complete. Please check with the receptionist the amount you have to pay. Unless a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed for forwarding, all documents will be left at reception to be collected.
