GUIDANCE FOR ON-LINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

If you wish to be able to use the on-line service you must apply to do so by bringing photo identification to your surgery reception and filling in an Access ID form. Once you have completed this form, you will be given your login details and will be able to access the system within 48 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To use either the online appointment booking or repeat prescription systems you must be over 16 years of age.
